Classic Valentine’s Day: Urban Farmer (1659 Wazee Street)

For those who prefer a traditional Valentine’s Day then check out the New York steak tasting at Urban Farmer. Meant for couples, it consists of an 18-ounce sampler with three different styles of beet: grain-fed, grass-fed, and dry aged. Feeling extra fancy? Then add wagyu steak to the mix.

Out-of-the-Box Love: RedLine Contemporary Arts Center (2350 Arapahoe Street)

Want to celebrate love in the most creative way possible? Then you’ll adore the Valentine’s Day dinner fundraiser with local artist Esther Hernandez. Instead of food being served with a standard set of utensils, Hernandez has created a unique set of tools meant to help couples get to know each other better. Additionally, the fare being served will be an organic vegetarian dinner provided by the Mercury Café, while Preteen OD and J Hamilton provide musical entertainment. $100 per person. Definitely an experience to remember!

Put the Heart in Sweetheart: Colt & Gray (1553 Platte Street)

For those who really want to get to the heart of Valentine’s Day, Colt & Gray in LoHi has the perfect menu. Dine on beef-heart carpaccio with smoked blue cheese and strawberry rosé vinaigrette.
